Easy and inexpensive paper house with playground ideas for your kid!
Paper House making is a great activity for kids! It’s a fun way to spend an afternoon, and it’s also a great way to teach them about geometry and spatial awareness. Plus, it’s a really cool way to make a house out of paper!
There are a few things you’ll need before you get started:
- Paper
- A printer
- A ruler
- A sharp knife
- Glue
- A pencil
The first thing you’ll need to do is print out the Paper House template. You can find it here. Once you have the template, use a ruler to carefully cut out all of the pieces. Be careful not to tear the paper!
Next, use the sharp knife to score along all of the dotted lines. This will make it easier to fold the paper later on.
Now it’s time to start assembling the Paper House! Begin by attaching the two side walls to the back wall. Then, attach the front wall. Once all of the walls are in place, you can start working on the roof.
Attach the two roof panels to the top of the Paper House, making sure to line up the edges. Then, fold down the flaps and glue them in place.
The last step is to decorate the Paper House! You can use markers, crayons, or even paint to make it your own. Have fun!
