Today i am going to show you a DIY flower casket using simple scrap items. Let’s check it out!
List of items we need:
- adhesive tape
- felt
- beads
- scissors
- foam pipe system store
- masking tape
- yarn and hosiery needles or sleeve of the old sweater
- needle and thread
- Melt
- double sided tape
- fabric
- bias binding
- cardboard
- thin plastic
step 1: Take a used adhesive tape or other items to make a round box. Cover the end with double tape.
Step 2: Cover the fabric inside the tape and outer edge.
step 3: Fold the bias binding with the help of glue as shown in the picture.
step 4: Use a cardboard and make a sun shape.
step 5: Stick the fabric on the bottom of container
step 6: Use a foam pipe and cut and wrap it to the container to measure the length
step 7: Fix the foam pipe to the container
step 8: Use a sweater cloth, needle, and thread sewing it to the container.
step 9: Using the cardboard and the same cloth make a cap
step 10: To decorate the cap make petals with different sizes
step 11: Stick the petal to the top of the cap and attach beads
step 12: Using a felt attach lid to the container to secure the box
Finally the flower casket is ready!!!
